Welcome to ModulOS, the new operating system!

ModulOS is a truly modular operating system, made of modules that collaborate with each other.

The first ideias that started ModulOS appeared in 1998 when Luiz Henrique Shigunov, yet a Computer Science undergraduate student, needed a new operating system and decided to study operating systems.

Since then the project name and many times the basic system model has changed.

In the current development state, ModulOS isn't an operating system for end users, but for developers that want to make a great operating system.
